Historic natural colored diamonds, recorded on Hedera
Own a share of a diamond with a history
We plan to offer shares in a few of the world's rarest natural colored diamonds: GIA-graded stones worth $1 million or more, each with a documented story. Every stone will have its own market, so shares can be bought and sold on any trading day. Accredited investors can request private offering materials now. Everyone else can register non-binding interest in our planned public offering.

A share of one stone
Each stone has its own token on Hedera, divided into shares. Owning shares of that token means owning that fraction of the stone. The DAO stores and insures every stone.
A market for every stone
Once trading opens, each stone's shares will trade on a registered venue on any trading day. There's no fixed sale date.
A record no one can quietly change
Every stone's GIA report, history, custody and ownership are recorded in our provenance registry on Hedera.
How it works
Find
We look for stones with a documented story, such as a public auction record, a named-stone history or a documented mine of origin. Each needs a GIA report confirming natural color and an appraisal of $1 million or more.
Verify and record
The stone's report, inscription, history and custody go into our provenance registry on Hedera.
Tokenize, store and insure
We create one token for the stone on Hedera, divided into shares. The DAO stores the stone in a secure, insured vault and holds it for the token holders.
Offer
Today we offer privately to verified accredited investors under Rule 506(c). Our public offering will open once the SEC qualifies it under Regulation A.
Trade
Once trading opens, each stone's shares trade on a registered venue. Private-offering shares are restricted for six months to a year first.
Majority sale
There's no fixed sale date. Anyone who comes to own more than 50% of a stone's shares can require every other holder to sell to them at the same price.
Why the rarest stones
Lab-grown diamonds have made ordinary stones cheap. We think that makes proven natural rarity worth more, and the top of the market has held up so far. In 2024 the Eternal Pink, a 10.57-carat Fancy Vivid Purplish Pink, sold for $34.8 million at Sotheby's. In 2025 the Marie-Thérèse Pink sold for $14 million at Christie's, nearly three times its high estimate, on its documented royal history.
The top of the market can stall too. In November 2025 two pink diamonds estimated at about $20 million and $9 million were withdrawn from Geneva auctions before their sales.
Across colored diamonds as a whole, we see a store of value, not a growth investment. Measured from 2005 to the end of 2024, pink diamonds returned about 8.3% a year, close to gold and ahead of silver, with far smaller swings. Metals then jumped in 2025, while the colored diamond index held steady, slipping just 1%.
Past the dashed line, an asset gained purchasing power. Metals jumped in 2025: gold rose 65%, silver 144% and platinum 125% that year. Know the risks first
- This is a speculative investment. You could lose everything you invest.
- A diamond pays no rent or dividends. Your return depends on share prices and any majority sale.
- There may be few buyers when you want to sell, and shares may trade below the stone's appraised value.
- $BDE staking rewards are guaranteed in tokens, not dollars, and only for the first five years. Distributions depend on company revenue and may never be paid.
